Buhari’s Visit to Imo: IPOB Declares Emergency Sit At Home in Entire Southeast

Ahead of President Buhari’s Planned Visit in Imo state on Thursday 9/9/21, IPOB in Emergency broadcast Tuesday evening by Maazi Chika Edoziem the Head of Directorate of State DOS has declared a total shut down in the entire southeast.

A statement released by the outlawed group urged residents of the entire South East to observe a dusk to dawn curfew, calling on them to stock their homes with food items to avoid being made a scapgoat.

The Separatist group warned traditional rulers who are planning to organise people to welcome President Buhari to desist from such move.
